School Update

As everyone SHOULD know, I am in my second semester of college. Only 4 semesters left to go, until I have my Associates Degree at least - and then its off to a University for me.

I am taking 4 classes this semester:
- Political Science
- English: Analyzing Literature
- Art: Introduction to Art History
- Geography (which doesn't start until March 23rd, its a fast paced class)

Everything is going really well for me this semester. I hit a few rocky bumps at the beginning with the cost of books and having to drop two classes, but other then that its been great. I absolutely love being in school, I love learning new things.

Over Winter Break, my most anticipated class was Poli.Sci, however, now that I have started this class, I am not enjoying it. My professor is a COMPLETE jerk - constantly downgrading his students, grading unfairly, etc. I am just grittin my teeth and barin' it, and trying to kill him with kindness (isn't working so well!). I don't care how much of a jerk he is, as long as I pass the class! Other then him, all of my other professors are wonderful!

I will definitely keep you all posted on how school is going throughout the semester!

February 20 - 23 :]

This past weekend was super fun! The simplest of things always make super happy and enjoy life so much!! :]

Friday: Went to dinner with my mom and sisters at Sushi Hama! YUMM! Then Bryan and I went to the movies and saw "He's Just Not That Into You," supppper cute movie!! Definitely recommend it. Even Bryan liked it, and its SUPER chick flick!
Saturday: Slept in till about 9:30 :] Went to Arby's for brunch, then met up with Bryan's parents and ran a few errands with them, then went over to their house for bbq'd teriyaki chicken and baked beans! YUMMMMY!
Sunday: Went to a delicious local Chinese Restaurant with Bryan and then met up with my parents at the Temecula Mall Movie Theater and saw Push - such a good movie, and Dakota Fanning is all grown up! CRAZZZY!

Needless to say, our weekend was fantastic, as always! Hope everyone elses was too!

Happy Belated Valentines Day

Hey everyone! So Valentines Day has been gone for about a week and a half now... and im just getting around to posting about it!!

Bryan and I got to sleep in on Valentines Day, since it was a Saturday!! When we woke up Bryan had a special activity planned for us. We each got 50 little pieces of paper, and had to come up with 100 different fun things to do with each other to last us until next Valentines Day! We came up with some fun things (take Boston to the park, go to Painted Earth, star gaze together, etc.) We will be drawing an activity to do together every weekend, so we always have something fun planned for our weekends!

After we got up and get ready, we helped my mom get some stuff done (went and picked up a bed for Makayla and Haylee, and ran to WalMart for my parents). After that we headed to Temecula for our reservation at Shoguns - it was good, but unfortunantely its not all its cracked up to be. (Would have much rather gone to Red Robin!) After we ate dinner, we went to the mall for a bit, and then went and saw Friday the 13th (pretty good, surprisingly!)

Our Valentines Day was very fun and special! Bryan bought me See's candy, and made me a homemade card (and of course took me to dinner and the movies.)I bought him A Day To Remember tickets for April.

A DAY TO REMEMBER

So, since February 3rd, we have not taken Homesick out of the CD player at home or in the car! Most amazing CD we have heard in a long time - well, since the last ADTR CD! Haha. But anyways, since Bryan never checks this I thought I would tell you guys, I bought ADTR tickets for Bryan for Valentines Day - they play in April. They are going on tour with The Devil Wears Prada, Sky Eats Airplane and Emorosa. ALL AMAZING BANDS!!

We have seen them everytime they have played at SOMA San Diego - and they kick butt everytime!! We actually met Jeremy from ADTR and the guitar player from TDWP last year when they were on tour! Here's a pic!

SOOOOORRRRRY!

I am so sorry for everyone that keeps up with my blog. I have been a horrible blogger these past few months! :[ I am not even going to TRY and make up for lost time, but I will start fresh from what I am doing now.

I am in my second week of my second semester of college! I am enrolled in 4 classes (political science, art 100, english, and geography). So far, everything is going pretty smoothly.

My family, Bryan and I have just moved AGAIN this past weekend. We LOVE our new home!

I am sure everyone has already heard the news buttttt - BRYAN AND I ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!

We still have to pick a date, but we are leaning towards December of 2010. So we still have quite a ways and LOTS of time to save up! We are also going to be buying our first home around the same time! We are soooo excited and are being really smart about everything! :] We will let everyone know when we get some more "set in stone" plans!

Well, I have things to unpack and homework to do. I promise I will be better at blogging from now on. Scouts Honor! ;]
