Horse Lessons

Me, Makayla, and Haylee began horse lessons yesterday. Our trainers name is Deborah, and her daughter Chelsea. It was so much fun. We learned how to brush them, clean their hooves, saddle them, and of course... RIDE THEM! My horses name was Wyatt, Makayla's horse was named Mama, and Haylee's was named Quey. Makayla had a very fiesty horse, and he even "High-Ho-Silvered" with her on him! She did great, and didn't fall off! My horse was very stubborn, and didn't like to do what he was told. Haylee's horse was the best of them all! We are going to lessons every week, we go back next Thursday! We are so excited!! :]

The Deadliest Catch !

Yesterday (Monday), I was sitting in my room and all of a sudden I see Haylee on a ladder outside of my window. So I go out and ask her what the heck she was doing?! She informed me that I needed to be quiet because she was trying to catch a lizard. So I went inside and let her do her thing. She comes in about 20 minutes later and shows me her catch! :] He was cute, and she named him Fritz. She let Fritz go, but before she did, I took a few pictures for her to remember! :]

Six Flags - Magic Mountain!

For mine and Bryan's birthday, my mom got us Six Flags tickets. We went this last weekend, on the 8th, and had an amazing time. I had never been there, and Bryan hasn't been in a really long time. We went on every single rollercoaster, except for one! buttt, the cool thing is is that we get to go back AGAIN for free (they gave us free tickets at the door) YAY!

Our puppies....

They are all getting so big. They turned 5 weeks old this past Saturday (the 8th). We took some mug shots of them yesterday, so here they are :] (Just for you Bailey)

Yes, we have decided to keep them all. We just can't find it in our hearts to sell them. We went through the whole pregnancy, raising them, and of course still.... we love them soo much, and can't get rid of them. Call us crazy, were just puppy lovers<3

OBAMA = CHANGE! (& a Prop 8)

And that is exactly what this country needs, CHANGE!

As Auntie stated in her blog, this is not meant to offend anyone, its just my opinion.

I, being a non-working student, and living with my family, we are all middle class Americans. Obama's issues on economy, were of biggest importance to me. With Obama as President, we will see so much more oppurtunity developing in this country. Great things will come from this election, and I am soo excited to say that I was apart of this historical event.

With Obama as President, we will see more job oppurtunities develop, our childrens school budgets increase, health care will be affordable which will allow many Americans who have never had insurance be able to now, we will have increased homeland security to protect our country and communities, taxes for senior citizens will disappear, middle-class Americans taxes will be decreased GREATLY, health insurance will be AMAZING for veterans, American women will still have the choice of abortion (which is the way it should be), and lastly, HE WILL END THIS WAR!!!

Obama won by a landslide, American's know we need change, and Obama is the only way to do this. Bush has destroyed this country, and McCain would have made it worse.

I'd also like to note that I am THRILLED that they are petitioning Prop 8. I voted No, my mom voted no, my grandmother voted no, all of my friends and their families voted no.... NO was the right way. Obviously, it was a very close call, as it being ALMOST 50/50.

My views on Prop 8 are simple - LOVE is LOVE. In the consitution, we have "freedom of religion" which means religion should not have any control over propositions. However, in this country, that will never happen. I am a Christian, and I love God with everything I am, but I do not agree that marriage must be man and woman. We have equal rights in this country, and Gay people are humans just like you - and they deserve equal rights as well. I find this proposition to be discrimination against a minority. Now, if you want to bring the Bible into this... I can certainly back that one up too. In the Bible, it states, "Don't mix yolks with other yolks." This can be interpretted in many different ways (don't mix sex with other sex, don't mix race with other race, or even don't marry a non-christian.) NOW, listen to this - God wants his children to all have good hearts, judgement is sinning - aren't you judging Gays, by saying that they can't get married because they are Gay? Discrimination is wrong, and Judgment is a Sin.

Halloween Night

Since I'm a little old now to go trick-or-treating, I didn't dress up on Halloween Night. However, I did walk around our neighborhood with Makayla, Haylee, my parents, Bryan and Grandpa Dennis. The girls both were something scary this year. Haylee was Freddy Krueger, and Makayla was just a weird goblin, monster, creature thing, IDK. So anyways, Makayla was this creature thing, well instead of wearing clothes, she just wrapped a brown blanket around her, and she looked creepy as heck! Well since this blanket was wrapped around her, she had to hold it on, which made it very hard to hold a trick-or-treat bag... so Bryan being the kind person that he is, held her bag and walked up to each door with her, and let the people know that he was holding the bag for her because she couldn't! HOW SWEET! HAHA. We walked around for an hour or so, and then the girls finally had enough of the sweat dribbling down their faces (remember, they were wearing masks!). So we called it a night, and headed home to inspect the candy. The girls are the sweetest, they always split all of their candy between all of us in the house!

I had a great birthday, and the girls had a great night trick-or-treating! :] Hope you guys did too!

Day in Riverside ....

Friday, October 31st (my birthday), I woke up to a phone call for Bryan (by this time, he was already long gone at work). Bryan told me to reach over because he had left something on his pillow, this thing happened to be a letter that he wrote for me :] It contained all the mushy stuff, I love you more than anything, etc., At the bottom, it said "After all that, get your butt up and get ready, cause Im not going to let you sleep your birthday away!" ... and at that point in the letter, Bryan walked in the door with a dozen roses! Then he informed me that he had requested the day off, and that we were going to Riverside to go shopping for me, go to lunch and go to the movies! :] It was nice and simple, and I loved it!

So we went to the Riverside Tyler Mall, I bought some MAC Makeup that I have desperately needed, and Bryan bought vans (with his leftover birthday money), we ate lunch at the cheesecake factory, and then went and saw SAW V (not recommended by the way). Sadly, after having this great adventure, we only happened to capture ONE picture, and its not even of us!! :[ We were just too busy having fun!

All in all it was a great way to start my birthday. Thanks Bry<3
