Okay, so our new home probably won't be this cute - more of a fixer upper needing some TLC, but at least it will be OUR home. Bryan and I were pre-approved for $115,000 to buy a house!!! Our broker has given us lots of great advice, and she recommends that we buy and close before the 1st of December because we will receive an extra $8,000 on our taxes the following year. Were waiting for our broker to receive the pre-approval letter from our lender, and then we get to start shopping! We are soooooo excited! :)

New home?

that is a really cute house and you never know...you could find something really cute so be positive!!
I'm happy and very proud of you guys!! I think if you buy before December...you will actually get the tax credit for your 2009 taxes and that would be awesome!!
